The stage adaptation of The Shawshank Redemption is currently doing a nationwide tour and will be performed at the Theatre Royal in Newcastle from 17th to the 21st January 2023.
Dave once stayed in Durham Castle in a thunderstorm with Bill Bailey, then in the double act the Rubber Bishops. Also in the castle that night was Harry Hill & Bob Mills.
