FIRESIDE CHAT - PETER STRAUGHAN

Such a pleasure to have a fireside chat with BAFTA and Oscar winning screen writer, Peter Straughan, in front of an invited audience at the Tyneside Cinema recently.

It was a fascinating insight into his writing processes for "Conclave", "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy", "Wolf Hall" and "The Mirror and the Light".

Fun fact!!

Dave's first gig in London was at the Comedy Cafe, Rivington Street, London in 1991 - followed by the Cartoon at Clapham, hosted by a very young Sean Lock - they later became great friends
